The Chapel Services Package for Funerals and Memorials
Exclusive hire of the Chapel for your service includes the following:
- Exclusive use of the Heritage Listed Chapel facilities to host the service;
- Use of the gardens and sandstone terrace area for guests to mingle and host refreshments;
- Use of the Chapel’s 110 year old pipe organ or CD system for musical accompaniment;
- Chapel flowers for the service;
- Option to host refreshments after the service at the Chapel;
- A ceremony event manager to arrange & coordinate all details for the service.
Funeral and Memorial services are available every day from 9am to 5pm at your preferred time based on availability. The Chapel Services Package is $400 (+GST). The full booking fee is payable prior to the day of service.
Chapel Services Options
We have a range of options to compliment the service:
Coffee, tea and refreshments for after the service
Chapel Services can organize coffee, tea and biscuits to be served in the garden area after the funeral or memorial service. This catering service is for up to 1 hour and is $3 per person (+GST) for up to 80 guests for catering purposes. The minimum number for catering is 40 guests. This includes an event manager on hand to assist, cleaning service and relevant public liability insurance.
Live streaming of the service on the internet
Chapel Services has now established ‘Broadway Live’ to allow families to present the funeral or memorial service live on the internet for family and friends that are unable to attend the Chapel in person. Broadway Live is available for $180 (+GST) for all funerals and memorials and can host up to 15 connections in any locations worldwide with internet access.
Hosting audio visual presentations
Chapel Services allows families to present photos or video via DVD on our LCD widescreen TV to friends and family either before or during the service. This provides a wonderful opportunity to present a photographic history to guests as part of the service. The hire and use of the LCD TV and DVD facilities are available for $80 (+GST).
